At HARBOURDAVIS, outstanding service is not a feature — it is a standard. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.

With our results guarantee, you do not pay us until we deliver. If we are leasing your property, we handle everything upfront and you are not charged until a qualified tenant is secured. That means we market your property aggressively, conduct showings, screen applicants, manage all paperwork, and perform a move-in inspection before we collect a single dollar.

Our commitment to your investment does not end at move-in. If a tenant does not fulfill at least 6 months of their lease term, we will find you a new tenant at no cost.

We hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to results. If we cannot procure a tenant within 30 days on market, we will give you one full month of management free.

We believe in earning your trust through performance. If a tenant is not procured within 30 days on market, we will waive the placement fee entirely, with no tenant approval required.

For every pet we approve, HARBOURDAVIS guarantees owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet-related damage that exceeds what the security deposit covers.
